Fletcher Technical Community College’s Birthday Celebrations are held quarterly to honor employee birthdays. Employees are invited to join the Chancellor for cake during the quarter of their birthday. All employees are invited to attend the celebration.

Faculty, staff, and students submit FalconGrams to identify members who demonstrate Fletcher's cultural values.  Based on these FalconGrams, three cultural champions are awarded annually.

Fletcher Technical Community College’s Employee Appreciation is celebrated annually to show faculty and staff how much they are appreciated and valued.

In appreciation for loyal and distinguished service as Faculty Senate President on Executive Cabinet.

All faculty members are eligible to apply for a promotion-in-rank when they have reached certain criteria as defined in the Faculty Rank and Promotion Policy. Levels of academic and technical rank recognize progressive levels of achievement and stature within the postsecondary teaching profession. More than length of service, promotion-in-rank recognizes quality, depth of performance, and contribution and service to the College, community, and/or academic or technical field of study by the faculty member. Fletcher hosts an annual ceremony and reception honoring faculty who have received rank and promotion.
