Selected for New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute Class of 2019
Schriever, LA – Fletcher Technical Community College proudly announces Mr. William “Chandler” Leboeuf, Executive Director of Institutional Advancement and Fletcher Foundation, has been selected as a member of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute Class of 2019. New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI) will announce the Class of 2019 at their Annual Luncheon on July 20, 2018.
The Regional Leadership Program is NORLI’s foundational initiative focused on key issues that impact our economy and quality of life within the region. A class of 40 participants from around the ten parish region learn about topics including healthcare, economic development, education, criminal justice, public policy, diversity and equity, and environment and sustainability.
Mr. Leboeuf stated, “It is an honor to be selected as a member of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI) Class of 2019. I am thrilled to represent Fletcher Technical Community College and also very excited about having the opportunity to network with other leaders within our region. I am looking forward to learning and growing personally and professionally during this program. My goal is to graduate from this program and be inspired to become a stronger leader and to give back to Fletcher and our community in an innovative way.”
Chancellor Dr. Kristine Strickland commented, “The Fletcher community is proud of Chandler’s acceptance into this program. We firmly believe that through continuing professional development our faculty and staff are able to create a better experience for our students.”

The Mission of NORLI is to help promote regionalism and to provide a diverse cross section of current and emerging leaders from the business, non-profit, and governmental sectors from throughout the Region with a more thorough understanding of issues and an enhanced ability to collaborate for the greater good of the community.
The New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing community leaders the opportunity to identify, collaborate, and address key issues for the betterment of the Greater New Orleans Region. NORLI draws upon a diverse group of stakeholders from around the ten parish region to engage in thought-provoking personal and professional development programs covering topics such as public policy, healthcare, education, diversity and equity, environment and sustainability, economic development, and criminal justice.
