Schriever, LA – Fletcher Technical Community College proudly recognizes the contributions of its local business partners, who play a critical role in supporting the college's mission of providing high-quality education and workforce training to the community. Recently, Fletcher honored these partners by delivering plaques and certificates to those who met the criteria to become Official Partners of the college.
This year, the following businesses have distinguished themselves by meeting the criteria to become Official Partners of Fletcher Technical Community College:

Notably, John Deere of Thibodaux excelled by participating in all available partner categories, making it a standout contributor to Fletcher's efforts in developing a skilled and capable workforce.
In order for a business, industry, or individual partner to have been eligible for recognition, they must have participated in at least four of the eight categories established by the college within the academic year (July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024). The categories include serving on advisory boards, donating resources, hiring graduates, engaging in contact training, being a MEPOL client, providing scholarships, providing scholarships, or creating new programs.
Recognitions for Official Partners Include:
• A plaque recognizing the business as an Official Partner of Fletcher Technical Community College
• A certificate of appreciation
• A visit from a member of the college’s leadership team for the presentation
• Inclusion on the college’s website, highlighting the partnership
• Recognition in year-end media releases
These partnerships are vital to Fletcher’s ongoing success, helping to ensure that students receive the practical training and resources they need to excel in their chosen fields.
