Fletcher Technical Community College Announces Program Name Change to Energy Production Technologies

Schriever, LA - Fletcher Technical Community College is proud to announce that the Integrated Production Technologies program has been officially renamed to Energy Production Technologies. This name change reflects the evolving landscape of the energy industry and better represents the comprehensive education and training the program provides to students.

The decision to rename the program follows discussions with Fletcher's advisory board and a thorough review of industry trends. "The new Energy Production Technologies name truly aligns with our mission to provide students with industry-relevant skills that lead directly to employment opportunities. This program now better reflects the diverse energy production methods and technologies shaping the future of this field” stated Dr. Carrie Cortez, Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs & Workforce Initiatives / SACSCOC Accreditation Liaison.
