Customer Service Representative
WELCOME
Thank you for your interest in the Customer Service Representative certificate program. This program is offered 100% online with some courses offered in the hybrid and in-person modalities. If attending full-time, you can complete your certificate in one or two semesters with your nationally recognized certification in Customer Service and Sales from National Retailors Foundation.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Customer Service Representative program prepares students to provide professional and effective customer service skills essential in making a positive impression on current and future customers. Students will be proficient in: communication-skills, interpersonal-skills, basic business, and computer applications skills.
