Nurse Aide Exam

Fletcher Technical Community College recognizes the need to facilitate certification testing for individuals who have completed approved Nurse Aide Training (NAT) programs or have followed other Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) approved alternate routes. This policy outlines Fletcher's commitment to providing testing services for a diverse range of candidates, including LDCC students, third-party program completers, and individuals eligible for alternate routes as determined by LDH.

Pricing Information

• Written Exam: $40 
• Oral Exam: $40 
• Clinical Skills Exam: $60 
• Rescheduling Fee: $25       

*All exam fees are nonrefundable

• LDH LA Nurse Aide Approval To Test Form (This form must be filled out and uploaded into online application to test by all LCTCS LPN or RN students along with a copy of driver's license and social security card. Does not need to be submitted to the LDH)  If you are a student, but not in an LCTCS program, you must submit to the LDH.
