All Access P.A.S.S.

All Access P.A.S.S. (Personal Approach to Student Success) focuses on student success through a case management approach to advising and communication with students to improve retention and presistence.

• Goal 1: Increase retention of First time Freshmen by 10% points from the baseline of 67.6% as of Fall 2021-Spring 2022.
• Goal 2: Increase program completion by 12% points per award level. 

Strategy 1: ConexED Milestones Milestones are designed to keep the student on track during their time as a student at Fletcher Technical Community College.  Milestones will include payment deadlines, advising meetings and registration deadlines.

Strategy 2: Fan Base A Fan Base is assigned to the student their first semester. Their fan base will include members of the college in the following areas. Enrollment, Tutoring, Accommodations, Student Affairs, Library and Faculty.

Strategy 3: Fan Base Interventions Fan Base Interventions will be discussed and assigned in a weekly “jam session”. During these sessions the fan base will analyze data of “at-risk” students pulled from ConexED’s early alert system. Once an intervention is determined it will be assigned as a milestone to that student's profile.
